FAMILY IMMIGRATION

U.S. citizens can file an immigrant visa petition for their:

U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents can only file an immigrant visa petition for their:
• Spouse
• Unmarried son or daughter
Refugees/Asylees can only file a petition for:
• Spouse
• Unmarried son or daughter under 21 years old
U visa holders/ applicants can only file a petition for:
