Shirly Morales Nolasco is the Manager-Paralegal Team at Santanna Law Offices, where she oversees the preparation of complex legal petitions and manages key office operations. Since joining the firm in July 2020, Shirly has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to the firm’s mission of providing zealous advocacy for the immigrant community.

Before her promotion to Manager-Paralegal Team in 2025, Shirly built extensive experience as a legal assistant, mastering the intricacies of immigration filings. Her background includes significant community-based work at Centro Maya and serving as the President of Latinos in Action, where she honed her skills in organizational leadership and community empowerment.

A vital asset to our multilingual caseload, Shirly is trilingual and provides native-level fluency in Maya Mam, Spanish, and English. Her linguistic expertise ensures that our clients feel heard and understood, bridging critical communication gaps in complex legal proceedings.
