ROBIE CARRILLO

Robie Carrillo serves as a Senior Paralegal at Santanna Law Offices, where he applies his mastery of legal petitions and deep commitment to the firm’s mission to provide excellence in immigration advocacy. Robie’s journey at the firm is a testament to his dedication; having started as a receptionist, his exceptional performance led to a promotion to legal assistant, and ultimately to his current senior role.

Robie moved to the United States at the age of 10, bringing with him a profound, personal understanding of the immigrant experience. Having grown up in an underserved community where he navigated fear and limited resources, Robie is uniquely positioned to empathize with the struggles our clients face. He is known for going the "extra mile" to ensure that every individual he assists feels supported and empowered throughout their legal journey.

A vital resource for our clients from the Guatemalan community, Robie is trilingual, speaking native Mam, Spanish, and English. His fluency in Mam is particularly critical, as it is the primary language for many immigrants in the Bay Area who often face significant barriers to accessing legal services due to linguistic isolation.

Outside of his legal work, Robie remains deeply involved in his community and personal passions. He is a talented musician who plays the piano for his church and is an avid soccer player. His dedication to service—both in the office and in his personal life—makes him an invaluable member of the Santanna Law team.
