Paula Arroyave serves as the Intake and Billing Specialist at Santanna Law Offices, bringing over a decade of financial expertise and high-level customer service to the firm’s operational core. Since joining the team in July 2025, she has played a critical role in managing client accounts, streamlining billing processes, and ensuring that every prospective client receives a professional and welcoming introduction to the firm.

Prior to joining the firm, Paula served as a Customer Service Representative for Wake County, North Carolina, where she provided empathetic assistance to Medicaid beneficiaries navigating complex eligibility and claims processes. Her experience in the public sector, combined with a career in banking, has made her a "complex problem solver" uniquely skilled at resolving client needs and building long-term relationships built on trust and transparency.

 

Paula holds a degree in Technology Administration from ITM in Medellín, Colombia. As a native Spanish speaker, she provides vital support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring that financial policies and legal intake procedures are communicated clearly and effectively. She is a dedicated team player who shares the firm’s commitment to providing zealous support to the immigrant community.
