Hector Perez Alcala Jr. serves as the Office Manager at Santanna Law Offices, a role he earned through his unwavering loyalty, profound dedication, and deep institutional knowledge. Originally joining the firm as a paralegal, his promotion to management is a testament to his dynamic problem-solving skills and his mastery of the complex administrative and legal workflows required to support our clients.

 

Born and raised in Oakland, California, Hector is the son of immigrant parents and grew up with a firsthand understanding of the sacrifices made to achieve the American Dream. This background instilled in him a lifelong passion for justice and a desire to help his community, leading him to pursue a career in the legal field at a young age.

 

Hector holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, East Bay (CSUEB), where he also completed his Paralegal Certificate. His diverse professional background spans multiple industries—including security, construction, delivery services, and customer service—giving him a unique, well-rounded perspective and the ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.
