Natalia V. Santanna, Esq.
Natalia V. Santanna, Esq. is the founder and attorney at Santanna Law Offices. She is a native Brazilian who made the United States her second home almost two decades ago. Natalia is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. She has also studied Arabic and Maya Mam.
Since 2012, Natalia has represented individuals in diverse immigration matters, including asylum, cancelation of removal, bond hearings, adjustment of status, U visas, family petitions, termination of proceedings, and prosecutorial discretion. She founded Santanna Law Offices, PC, in 2014.
Natalia is passionate about finding strategies and solutions to navigate and dismantle our complex and broken immigration legal system. She also enjoys learning from her clients at each step of legal representation. Natalia is a fierce advocate and will look for creative solutions to support her clients' immigration cases.
Natalia currently mentors pro bono lawyers with the Lawyer's Committee for Civil Rights. She has volunteered at diverse immigration clinics and has conducted speaking engagements and media education about immigrant's rights and forms of immigration relief. Natalia also has experience in humanitarian immigration law after volunteering several times at detention centers and at the migrant exodus at the border and internationally.
Because of her extensive pro-bono work, AILA (American Immigration Lawyer Association) named Natalia a Pro-Bono Warrior in 2017.
